Refund Policy

At Fashion 26 LLC, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Due to the personal and consumable nature of cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed items. This ensures product integrity, safety, and authenticity for all customers.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund or replacement may be issued if:

  • You receive an item that is damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order is missing an item
  • A package is never delivered due to carrier error and is verified lost

In these cases, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging and product (if applicable)
  • Any tracking or delivery notes

  • Replacement product (if in stock)
  • Store credit

Returns / Exchanges

To maintain hygiene and authenticity standards:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or swatched products.

If an item is sealed and completely unused, return eligibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to:

  • A restocking fee (10–30%) depending on product type and volume
  • Customer paying return shipping

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A product is disliked due to scent, texture, shade, or personal preference
  • The product was opened or tested
  • Customer provided an incorrect shipping address
  • A carrier confirms the package was successfully delivered

Fashion 26 reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside our stated policy.
