Shipping Policy

We process all U.S. retail orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited delivery (when available): 2–3 business days
  • Wholesale or bulk shipments may require additional handling time

Once an order ships, customers receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier updates

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package shows carrier delay or tracking issues, we will assist you in filing an inquiry. A package is considered lost only when:

  • The carrier officially confirms it, or
  • It remains undelivered for more than 15 business days

Refunds or replacements are issued only after carrier confirmation.

We do not refund orders marked as Delivered by the carrier unless there is proof of:

  • Theft, or
  • Delivery to the wrong address

In those cases, a carrier claim may be required.

Incorrect Addresses

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Fashion 26 is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Redelivery fees
  • Delays
